I specialize in low-maintenance, high-end color and personalized haircuts that feel effortless! With 20 years of salon experience and 6 years as a studio owner, my love for hair design is stronger than ever, and I’m equally driven by the genuine relationships I’ve built with my clients. I’m proud to share Salon Rachel Katie with my business partner and best friend, Katie, and to have created a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and personal. Cancellation Policy
Chemical Services: A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for all chemical service appointments.
Haircut and Styling Services: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all haircut and styling appointments.
Cancellation Fee: Multiple cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Re-Booking: Appointments canceled after the required time frame will require a 50% deposit for re-booking.
Late Fees:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, in which case you will be charged a Late-Cancelation Appointment Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
